THE PADDOCK HELLAS I.K.E. — TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Introduction

Welcome to The Paddock. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website thepaddock.gr and associated services (the "Service"), operated by The Paddock Hellas I.K.E. ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Greece.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, strictly do not use the Service.

3. The Digital Garage & User Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the photos, logs, and data you upload to your Digital Garage ("User Content").
• License: By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and reproduce your content for the purpose of operating the Service (e.g., showing your car in the Club Feed).
• Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the service history and modifications logged in your Garage. The Paddock does not verify user-generated logs.

4. Community Guidelines

You agree not to:

• Upload false or misleading information about a vehicle's history.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.
• Post content that infringes on the intellectual property of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform.

5. Liability for Assets

The Paddock is currently a social and management tool. We are not a broker, dealer, or auctioneer. We are not responsible for:

• The physical condition of any vehicle listed in a Digital Garage.
• Any financial transactions or agreements made between users off-platform.
• Any disputes arising from club meets or events.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, specifically regarding fraudulent vehicle data or community harassment.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Athens.
